## English-only EU edition

PARK BOYS EU uses English for the public website, authenticated application and customer communication templates. Tenant country selection affects business defaults and integrations, not interface language.

## EU country routing

PARK BOYS stores an EU-27 country per tenant. The country controls recommended/default:

- currency;
- timezone;
- editable VAT rate;
- local payment-method choices;
- national e-invoicing network/format;
- Integration Center provider route.

## EU payments

The EU Integration Center includes connection tests for Stripe and Viva.com. Stripe supports businesses across the EU-27. Viva.com has broad European merchant coverage. Actual payment methods, POS/terminal features and local payment rails depend on the provider account, merchant country, product and contract.

## EU e-invoicing

PARK BOYS uses a provider-adapter model rather than pretending there is one universal EU tax API. Depending on tenant country, the Integration Center shows the national e-invoicing network/format and allows configuration of:

- a country-specific certified/national provider;
- a Peppol Access Point;
- another certified provider.

Supported provider authentication models include API Key, Bearer token, OAuth2 Client Credentials and HTTP Basic Auth. Real fiscal submission requires a compatible provider API, valid credentials, correct document schema and any required national onboarding/certification.

Examples of country networks include Italy SDI/FatturaPA, Poland KSeF, Romania RO e-Factura, Germany XRechnung/Peppol, Greece AADE myDATA/provider, Denmark NemHandel/Peppol and France Approved Platforms/EN 16931 routes.

## Customer communications

Transactional customer email automation covers reservation events, reservation reminders, check-in, check-out, new/renewed parking subscriptions and subscription expiry reminders. Customer communication templates are English-only in the EU edition. Queue/retry processing runs through the hourly maintenance task.

## PARK BOYS SaaS billing

Tenant businesses pay PARK BOYS through annual Stripe subscriptions. This is separate from parking/storage subscriptions a tenant sells to its own customers. Signed Stripe webhooks are authoritative for SaaS billing state.

## Analytics

Public Google Analytics 4 support is optional and consent-gated. No GA4 Measurement ID is enabled by default in the EU package. Authenticated app page views are not intended for GA4 tracking.

## Security scope

The v16.0 EU package retains existing authentication, CSRF, prepared SQL, tenant isolation, SecretVault encryption and access control. The separately discussed strict-security bundle with mandatory TOTP 2FA and advanced session registry/revocation is deferred and not included in this release.
