PARK BOYS is a SaaS platform. For customer/vehicle data entered by a parking or storage business, that business will normally act as Data Controller and PARK BOYS acts as a Data Processor under the service agreement.

Business and user account details, customer and asset/vehicle records, reservations, subscriptions, entry/exit history, payments, communications, security logs and technical usage data.
Purposes and lawful bases
Service delivery, contractual performance, security, support, statutory accounting/fiscal obligations and, where required, consent for optional analytics or communications.
Your rights
Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, subject to the applicable lawful basis and statutory retention obligations.
Retention
Data is kept only as long as necessary for its purpose and applicable legal obligations. Businesses can configure operational retention through the GDPR Center.
Security and processors
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used, and third-party processors should be governed by appropriate data-processing terms.
